Cancellation Policy

We will refund or reschedule any booking up to 48 hours before your visit. Any refunds maybe subject an admin fee but there is no fee for rescheduling . If you wish to reschedule your booking you can do this yourself if you are a site member or booked via the wix spaces app. Otherwise please email hello@saunabox.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location) For a refund please email hello@saunabox.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location) If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled
