Add a fully facilitated sauna and ice bath experience to your festival or company away-day. Includes one of our authentic Finnish wood fired saunas, a solo ice bath and us on hand to guide you through the session. We will talk you through some of the benefits and culture of sauna and also the best protocols for you to get most out of the experience

SAUNA WORKSHOP
Our favourite way to share a sauna. If you are looking for something extra special then look no further. This is our premium offering and has received feedback such as "the best sauna experience I have ever had" and "I didn't know you could do all that in a sauna."

We have taken our experience of various sauna rituals and blended them to create a full sensory experience for you. It is largely based on the traditional Lithuanian Pirts ritual and includes aromatherapy, essential oil infused salt scrubs, whisking (traditional massage performed using birch leaf bundles for a deep cleanse), antioxidant packed coffee scrubs and much more. Pair this with a couple of dips in the ice bath and you are sure to leave feeling completely rejuvenated
