Sauna Aromatherapy - the power of scent & sauna

We all know the many benefits of a sauna – from relaxation and stress relief to improved circulation and skin health. But what if we could further enhance these benefits? Imagine combining the therapeutic heat of a sauna with the powerful effects of aromatherapy, amplifying the experience into something even more restorative and beneficial. 


Sauna aromatherapy does just that, blending the soothing properties of essential oils with the heat of the sauna to create a unique wellness ritual that supports the mind, body, and spirit on multiple levels.



We’ve been wanting to combine the benefits of essential oils in our saunas for a while now. We knew the combination would take our sauna experience to the next level, offering new avenues for relaxation, respiratory support, skin health, and beyond. We just needed to find the right partner. Turns out they were right here in Norfolk all along.

We’ll be stocking via our new online shop the Sweet Orange, Eucalyptus and Lavender essential oils. They’re the perfect partner to your sauna sessions (either at home or in our seaside saunas).


These three scents have been hand-selected by our Founder, Tom, to heighten your sauna experience and provide targeted benefits:


1. Sweet Orange: Uplifting and Energising
