Cancellation Policy

We will refund or reschedule any booking up to 48 hours before your visit. Any refunds maybe subject to an admin fee but there is no fee for rescheduling. If you wish to reschedule your booking you can do this yourself if you are a site member or booked via the wix spaces app. Otherwise please email hello@saunabox.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location) For a refund please email hello@saunabox.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location) If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled
