If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking please email hello@saunabox.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location)
We will refund or reschedule any booking up to 48 hours before your visit. Any refunds will be minus the booking fee but there is no fee for rescheduling
If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled
