If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • We understand that returning items can be a hassle. To be eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that items be returned in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, clean, and with original tags. 

    • If the item doesn't meet these criteria, unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund. 

    • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

    • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

    • If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the issue for our reference, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and cover the cost of returning the order. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
