• Traditional whisking to sweep the stress away
• Cold dips in the sea to cleanse skin and souls
• Foraged treatments to reconnect with nature

People are changed from when they step into a sauna ceremony to when they leave, fresh-faced, glowing, and full of love. 💚 

What to bring:

1. Two towels (one to sit on)
2. Swimwear
3. Drinking water
4. Warm clothes
5. Sliders / flip-flops
