About the event
Our sauna tent and ice bath will be with Norfolk Paddle Boards nestled on the banks of the river Wensum just outside The Red Lion Bishopgate in Norwich. We will be offering 30 minutes sessions for £10pp.
What to bring:
1 - Two towels (one to sit on)
2 - Swimwear
3 - Drinking water
4 - Warm clothes
5 - Sliders / flip-flops
