What to expect
Our sauna tent and ice bath will be nestled on the banks of the river Yare just outside The Red Lion Bishopgate in Norwich. We will be offering 30 minutes sessions for £10pp.
What to bring:
1 - Two towels (one to sit on)
2 - Swimwear
3 - Drinking water
4 - Warm clothes
5 - Sliders / flip-flops
